I've foam rolled the hell out of myself the last 2 days. No avail.

I now know what an it band is. That shite hurts.

Roll it and walk/jog it out. That's about it. Have to get the lactic acid out.

I'm hitting 10 on the trails in the am.

If you have ITB problems you need to step away and let the ITB recover. And stretch the ITB like crazy during recovery and forever.
