Seriously? So if you see a kid in harms way, are you just going to ignore him/her and say "that aint my kid".

There are kids stuck in difficult situations all over the world, many in much worse circumstances. How many have you adopted?

Calling the authorities to frick with someone you don't know over a situation you don't know anything about is ridiculous.

I feel like some of you must have grown up in laboratories. In most neighborhoods it isn't unusual to see kids out playing or walking around unsupervised. Maybe it's getting less common in white helicopter mommy land, but it's still not unheard of.
