Lowes or HD may sell it. If you know an electrician they should be able to thread it for you.

There is really nothing in the picture, but that doesn't look like it is 1 1/4" dia or 10' long. also, does this need to contain pressure or are you just making some kind of nozzle?

That's a big nipple.
Lowe's should have that.
EDIT: Is it aluminum or galvanized?

It is aluminum and the one in the picture is about 3'. It has a bearing swivel. I am making up another one like it that needs to be 10'. It isn't at Lowes. It pushes a high pressure fibrous cement and will have a nozzle on the end. I have the nozzle removed as the picture is an old one. Rubber House can point me in the right direction.

I would think most electrical supply houses would have it.

I don't know how high pressure you are using but alum conduit will split fairly easily because it has a seam and it's not designed for any pressure.

Aluminum and Stainless in Lafayette has the pipe. They may be able to thread it for you. That's the closest to you that I know of.

This is the correct answer. Don't know if it's the same for a residential customer but when I order stuff for work I get it the next day. They are legit.
Should be it

This is where I typically order from but they only have a 6'. But they have good stuff for anyone else interested.

There's an OB'er that works for southern pipe and supply. He could probably help
