Kid is a mauler, looking forward to seeing him play.

Wildman, you and your wife raised a good man. I'm looking forward to seeing him do his thing this year. Garrett has always been a great ambassador for the university and team.

He's always appeared to be a good, intelligent kid. I'm really surprised he didn't play more before this year. But I guess LSU has been pretty deep at guard over the last few years. However, he looked good the few times he was able to get in the game.

I thought he dominated when in games last season. Little nasty streak too. I am happy he is getting his time

This guy was one of my all time favorite recruits, he always gives great interviews. He is so humble and intelligent but he's also a mauler with a mean streak...I hope he can channel an inner Trai Turner and have a breakout season.
I hope he is all conference and all American after the season.

Among his many talents he is also quite an artist.

He really is, but I don't want to word it that way bc how people may perceive it as prejudice or whatever. Doesn't matter what color he is or what people think. He really speaks confidently and seems to be quite a character. I am highly impressed. He's also a hoss. Great leader.

I've met your Pops, Wildman. Good dude. I've been pulling for Garrett since he was in HS.
