This.
It's outlived it's usefulness now. Racism, and I mean actual racism (not the stuff the left yells at you when they can no longer defend their position), is actually very rare in our society. People are judged on their character now more than any other time in this country's history. IMHO

Because the federal government believes that black people as well as other minorities are too stupid to get ahead in life on their own merits and need to be propped up.
I, personally, disagree with that.
