Can anyone recommend a draftsman to draw up plans for laundry room renovation?

You talking about moving walls or just put in cabinets, etc in an existing room?

tear down one small wall, add cabinetry, shelving, possible move sink and toilet

I would think it'd be so EZ that you should be able to handle that yourself

I do mecanical drafting work, I work with some guys who do residential stuff. I wouldnt worry about getting anything drafted.
About 2 years I did just about the same thing. I had a shed that connected to my utility room but there was a wall between the two. I had someone comein and cut a hole in the wall to whete my shed was. They finished out the shed with sheet rock and trim and painted it to match my utility room. I have 3 rows of shelves 7' long on each side. the first shelve it about 3' off the ground. We left space under them for luggage and clothes hampers. The far wall has a clothes rack for larger coats and things that my wife lets air dry.

I'm getting ready to remodel a laundry room, about 8x15'. I'm adding an additional washing machine and adding an ice maker

The wall might have plumbing/electrical in it. Moving a toilet in a slab seems expensive to say the least.

Just tell the guy what u want...He should be able to handle a laundry room without a draft.
