King Kong for a better story but it's one story that's been told too many times.

Godzilla has more opportunities for multiple stories.

What Godzilla thinks of GINO

I love both, but Godzilla > King Kong > Gamera

The original (or I guess the Americanized version of the original) Godzilla is my favorite monster movie of all time.

you know Kong isn't real either, right?

for the record- Godzilla. Going back to classic Kong and Godzilla, I like how Godzalla was about 8 stories tall, whereas Kong was just the size of a T Rex. Also liked the atomic breath.

Gotta give props to the original Kong, making that movie in the 30's was amazing, and the movie itself was much better.

No he didn't. Toho is on record of saying Kong won.
I've always been a Godzilla fan and that movie ending pisses me off. He lives in the ocean, how did Kong gain an advantage underwater?

Godzilla - his victims run for about two seconds and then just stand and put their hands over their heads and scream in unison. Godzilla has it pretty easy in Japan.

Someone knows nothing about Godzilla.

Well I've seen the old movies.

You watch those old movies...it's panic in the streets...running and turning and then hands over face for 15 seconds before smush. That was always the joke they stood still and paused forever, waiting to get smushed.

And of course, I'm also referencing Billy Crystal I think in When Harry Met Sally...

So someone is taking this too seriously. MST did episodes on the iconic fleeing Japanese who then turn and just seemingly stand and await their stomping for an eternity. It's one of the most iconic monster things in classic film.
