ETA: After looking at the state records this really isn't as impressive as I originally thought it was.

We caught 5-6 white trout in 3-5lb range once about 25 miles offshore
Probably how it was caught

You're probably correct.
It's also sad that 9 out of the 10 State white trout records were caught in the 70s. (the other one was caught in '81)

Yeah, lets teach our kids to killl fish in the children's division like hardheads for no reason. Keep it trashy, tarpon rodeo.
Posted on 7/28/17 at 11:48 am to Winston Cup
This day and age with cameras and video, why would you kill a big tarpon? Unless it was so big you thought it might be a record.
Posted on 7/28/17 at 12:19 pm to lion
Same could be said for those big arse reds, no way they're eating those wormy things.
Posted on 7/28/17 at 12:24 pm to Sparkplug#1
Kill every hardhead on the planet. They're a goddamn nuisance
Posted on 7/28/17 at 12:27 pm to TxWadingFool
You can cut them out. You never coubillion a big red? Your missing out.
Posted on 7/28/17 at 12:38 pm to tigersownall
Jack C, spadefish, hardheads and other fish that aren't typically eaten should be taken out of the rodeo.
