Could Jon still be Kingindanorf if Bran were lord of WF?

Bran doesn't want it, so they have no choice. Jon didn't want it but he accepted the job given him.

Good question. I don't think that was ever needed, since the King in the North ruled from WF.(I assume. I'm terrible with details.) But as said above, Bran isn't interested, so it doesn't really matter.

If Jon and Dany end up marrying I would imagine they would make Sansa Wardeness of the North, and emo Bran will find a nice tree to sit in.

That's kind of iffy... on the one hand I'm taking King in the North as acknowledged leader, the North shall follow as he directs. Jon technically is the resurrected commander of the Night's Watch, so there's that.
On the other hand I thought it was basically always a Stark who was KITN.

I suppose if Bran claimed Winterfell, then knelt to Jon and said "all hail the King in the North", then none of the others would have a problem with it. The way Jon is using it, he's raising defenses and facing North beyond the Wall, not South towards KL.

Put it this way- if Allister Thorne or anyone else had become Lord Commander and was aware of the magnitude of the threat the Night King posed, he presumably could be in the same position as Jon.
The Crown is still under contest and isn't lending any aide to the North, so he'd appeal to every house of the North to temporarily unite and focus on the impending danger. He would need SOMEONE to be undisputed leader of the military effort, or "King in the North"... and as the most familiar with the foe and leader of the Wall's defense that easily could be claimed by him. It's basically granting emergency powers to do whatever is needed, heck it almost could be seen as an extension of his original duties, as the entire North is now the Wall.
Thorne likely would do as Jon did- put an end to whatever conflict was going on (he might have chose the Boltons as they were in stronger position, but the point is the same), hold a summit, present his case, and ask for assistance/fealty to mount a defense. If need be, he could simply say that he seeks no permanent position, only through this Winter (that's basically the pitch Jon made).

I mean, I'm sure he could. It's not like there is a lack of castles. He could use the Dreadfort if needed.

But I doubt very much that's going to happen. Sooner or later, Jon's parentage will become known and I think that will change things. I think he and Danny will unite the Kingdom to fight the War for the Dawn.

If the living prevail, and both lived, I think Jon and Danny could set up shop somewhere central. I think the Twins are pretty centrally located and have a current vacancy. I don't remember where Harrenhal is but they could rebuild that. They could institute some kind of a parliament (the "Large" Council perhaps?) including both Lords and Commoners to advise them. I don't think that would be TOO much of a stretch in types of government.

Truth is though, we (or I at least) don't have any idea who is going to make it through. Or even what will be left at the end of the war.
