What city did this take place in?
It's a scrap metal truck, it says ______ Metals on the side of the trailer, maybe looks like starts with a C or O.
See if you can find a the name of a matching scrap yard in the area, for the most part those guys aren't going far, as in, odds are they're not going cross-country. Especially in a day cab.

Could possibly be in Port Allen. There's a recycling place along the service road between 415 and LA 1. There's a truck stop at the corner of the service road and 415.
ETA: Contact Louisiana Scrap Metal Recycling - 225-389-1108 - to see if they have any video from that day and see if that truck is on it.
