Way back when, I hit up the old Bobcat Bite when it was still located south of the city. Haven't been to the newer version in town but I'd imagine that it's lost a bit of the feel that the old place had.

Flagstaff is a great town. Love going there, especially in the summer. It's a great respite from the blast furnace that is summer in Vegas.

Williams, AZ is pretty cool as well. If you're into the old trains, they have one that goes from the town up to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.

ETA: I assume that the classic car museum is still in Santa Rosa, NM. That was an enjoyable stop also.
