First, these problems were created over generations and will probably take generations to solve because human values don't change overnight. But nothing is going to change unless people start trying to change it, so good for you trying to make a difference

Lord no, they are part of the problem. There is a ton of money and power in these "social injustice movements". They have a vested interest in sewing seeds of division. Some of them may even have good intentions but the end goal is the same, picking different sets of winners and losers based largely on race rather than merit or even need. That doesn't solve anything, it just makes things worse.

This is probably the right answer, but donate time rather than or in addition to money. You can't save the entire black community, but you might be able to save a few stray kids here and there. Look into something like Big Brother or just volunteer time at one of the shelters or community centers.
