When did it become the "norm" to sit around and circle jerk all fricking day when trying to buy a truck?
I told three of these mofos today, this is what I want for my vehicle, this is what I'm willing to pay for yours. Can you make it work or not? Simple yes or no will suffice.
These dudes want to sit around all day and "go talk to the manager" while sucking his wang trying to make more commission.

I flat out told a guy last week that I'll just keep my truck instead because of this. He wanted to play the, we are as low as we can go because of internet pricing, but I'll talk to my manager and see game with me. I waited until he worked up all of the paperwork before I walked. I expect he will call Monday.

That's what we did with my wife's SUV a few months ago. After an hour of hemming and hawing, just no possible way we can do it sir, I said ok that's fine we just can't agree, thanks and have a nice day. Walked out. They chased us down in the parking lot. Got our price

It's the truth. Car salesmen are literally the worst people on the planet.
Avoid all of those car dealerships in Slidell. Dealt with two of them and it's the same story. Apparently the same salesmen just migrate from dealership to dealership.

I love when they go back there. They already know where they can and can't go, it's all bullshite.
My favorite is when you have a deal, then let them know you have a green sheet, and will be getting an employee discount, he then goes to back and comes back to let you know that the model u made a deal on, was sold earlier by another salesman, he didn't know.
Stupid salesmen, a green sheet is an easy sale, u have to do no work, just listen and show the guy what he wants. And he will bring in more freinds and family for easy sales.
People don't go to dealerships with a green sheet to shop around, they go to buy.

Well of course they do. Half the guys there barely have a high school education.
When I buy vehicles, I have financing ready to go. I don't need you asking me 500 questions so you can stall.
I walked out on every single one today for not being able to tell me yes or no. It's bullshite that this is the norm to do.

Don't trade in a vehicle and sell it on your own.
Never tell them you are wanting to finance or paying cash before the price is locked in.

I'm usually able to get what I want at the dealership, but I still can't wait until we can just buy cars on Amazon.
