I was surprised to see the post card in the mail today. I assumed the tournament would die with the AGCC.

That was a big tournament back in the day - Have not kept up with it in 20 years - does it still draw some big guns from around the south?

Field not as strong as it once was. There's a couple of good players from Alabama that still play regularly, but fewer out of town teams in recent years. Hopefully the move to OW will rejuvenate a once great event.

New tournament committee and of course Robbie G and Craig Campo are rules committee.
All payouts increased. Glad there were enough people who cared about the tournament to not let it fall off.

Always wanted to play. Never have. Really glad it's going to still be around and I am pretty sure the new venue will increase the out of town play.
