If LF plays his trump card and takes his Knights of the Vale home, that would be a perfect opportunity for Sansa to out maneuver him and go over the top of him and tell Robyn and Yohn Royce about how Lysa truly died. Maybe that's why Jon was choking him in the teaser?

He probably doesn't know, but he could just decide to go there. He is going to shite when he sees 3 dragons hanging out.

Word travels pretty fast though. Anyone of the houses, maybe even Littlefinger with his "sources", could catch wind that she's descended up Dragonstone.

If you remember the conversation between Cersei and Jamie, they don't know for sure. Jamie guessed Dragonstone because it made the most sense.
Also, it's not hard to believe that with the level of merchant shipping going back and forth that the fleet would not have been seen on course for Dragonstone. After that, word spreads like wildfire.

I'm sure she's sending out ravens to try to gain more allies. She isn't going to hide that she's here.

I don't see LF leaving Sansa's side until he dies or get what he wants.
