Rumormongers on the Houston Architecture Information Forum originally sleuthed out that In-N-Out had purchased land in Briarmeadow at Westheimer and Dunvale, and now Eater has obtained a property deed that confirms the buy. Houston commercial real estate broker Baker Katz was involved in the transaction.

A post to Zero Degrees’ Facebook page indicates that the chain will soon open its first Houston location at 10603 Bellaire Boulevard in Kim Son Plaza. The chain focuses on producing the most Instagram-worthy drinks, ranging from colorful boba teas to frozen mangonadas and watermelon slushies served in mason jars.

Had In n Out for the first time yesterday. Honestly, not that great. Burger was decent and fries were good, but overall it was just ok. Good for around $8 I guess, but if I'm eating fast food it wouldn't be near my first choice.

When they first opened in Dallas/Austin, they were wildly popular. Once the novelty wore off, people just added it to the long list of burger joints

This.
Once you've had Whataburger, there's no need for In-n-Out, unless you're going there for variety/change-of-pace.

I can't wait to start saying "_____ is near the In-n-Out Burger"

Can't see any reason for going to In 'n Out as long as Hub Cap Grill is near by.
Sam's Boat is also a good burger joint. We only do fast food when car traveling. Otherwise I want to be waited on and drink a beer.

Between Hopdoddy and Shake Shack, we're reaching critical mass on Instagram-able burger chains.

I'll stick to Bubba's for my burgers.

I'm partial to Mia's in my hood.

Hopdoddy and Shake Shack,
Not fast food burgers. Your comparing something like Taco Bell to Torchy's.
A more fair comparison is P Terry's or Whataburger. P Terry's is better IMO.

You're not comprehending my post. I never said fast food...I just said Instagram-able (read-fads) burger joints.

Mia's is excellent
That jalapeno cream gravy they serve with the CFS is incredible.

I ate at one in Vegas once. Nothing special at all. Think McDonalds regular hamburger.
