I wonder what the base salary is for those vets who have done 10+ seasons. Gotta be 40 or 50 grand right? Plus winnings
John has won six challenges for a total of $685,043, per Wiki. He's been on 14 seasons, not counting this latest one.
That amounts to about $49,000 per season. By year — he first started on the Duel in 2006 — it amounts to about $62,000 a year just in earnings.
I think Challenge used to give a flat fee for season appearances, but if they pay per episode, John has likely made in the 500K to $1 million area. He's appeared in about 140 episodes in his career.
By comparison, Robin has one of the worst earnings ratios. She's made a cool $8,000 in 9 seasons
I would be curious to know how much some of the rookies or Are You the One folks get. Can't imagine more than a couple thousand to come on the show.

I think you get paid for being on the real world as well, so it's probably a little more than whatever the real world people get paid per episode

Found a Grantland article from 2013 that said challenge folks get $4,000 appearing on the show.
RW apparently used to be around $300 a week, but those seasons filmed for like 3-4 months. Most challenges nowadays are wrapped up in a few weeks. I don't think they even have off days anymore probably to save costs

Just got around to watching the first episode. Only one question? WTF is Ammo?

There's no way they are letting it compete with the girls right??
And Ashley is crazy as frick but her body is still a 10. Her in a bikini is wild.
Aneesa on the other hand looks like she's 3 month preggers
I like how they ask bananas if this is forreal because they know how tight he is with the producers
Jemmye saying she's the smartest playing the game is like a crack whore saying she's the smarted playing the challenge. Oh wait.
Goddamn Johnny boat raced them. Overall that was an easy arse challenge.
Cory acting like Darrell doesn't have kids too is hilarious why are they so worried about alliances? Eliminate the best players.

Can we agree Cory is the Greatest Sticksman in Challenge history?

Can't believe they had that big fight and didn't get any of it on camera

Shane bounced again. But Simone gets nothing? From the way they're explaining it both were in the wrong
ETA: Nevermind, she gone too

Yeah, that's terrible, at least have a security camera up there if you don't want to have a cameraman.

Lol, meanwhile the OG Darrell was nowhere near this

Last episode you had all the girls saying they were gonna stick together and get back at Corey. This week they're all taking their turn riding his dick again.
Posted on 7/25/17 at 9:03 pm to Brosef Stalin
MTV doesn't even try to hide who wins the boys elimination with next week's preview.
Brianna is hawt. She pulls off that wrist and forearm tattoo niiiiice.

There's so much going on already. Season has potential
So what exactly happened with redemption fight? Shane slapped Simone?

Who was the girl standing behind Nelson in the final elimination scene? She had a huge upper thigh tattoo showing from her jean shorts, but we never got to see her face. But every time Nelson spoke we would get a view of this huge tat
The guys aren't saying this (other than Nelson), but they look at the "losers" in this challenge and everyone is a decent competitor. Derrick looks athletic at least. By throwing in Cory, they can get rid of someone legit. They don't want to waste an elimination on Ammo.
Tori and Kailah look to be the future stars on the girls' side.

Sounds like Simone started being really annoying and yelling, as she always does. So Shane slapped her. Simone then scratched him twice in the face with her nails.
Devin tried to break it up, Shane bit him in the wrist. And then Simone got mad and cracked a wine bottle.
Is this the first instance of a guy hitting a girl in the Challenge?

That's what I thought but wasn't sure I understood correctly. If that really happened, I'm surprised no charges were filed or some shite
If this were the NFL, Shane would be suspended for next 6 challenges

If you're talking about during the elimination voting, that was Chris aka Ammo. He was wearing women's shorts and a choker necklace that said "Lady". He knows what dick tastes like.
