definitely not the richest area in Texas.

some houses in Preston Hollow aren't very expensive.

We have some dear friends that live in Preston Hollow. Would love to be close to them in proximity. But I can't swing that house note. Will make $150K or so a year.

The thing that stresses me out is all the big city traffic and being away from my family. Have a 3 year old. Don't want to spend two hours a day commuting.

If by not expensive, you mean you may be able to find an older house for $500k, then yeah, there some that aren't expensive.

Locals do not consider that area Preston Hollow.
