Looking for something that covers the entire spectrum of daily requirement, not any one thing in particular. Costco usually has good deals on Centrum. Is that the way to go?

I've never been to the Health and Fitness Board. I'll click on it, check it out and get back to you.

frick, this would have been a great topic for that board. I don't even see that board anymore with the new layout of the website. New design makes it hard to see boards that you don't have bookmarked or visit frequently.

doesn't matter. just make sure it's a whole food(not Whole Foods, though they have a good one) vitamin and not an extract. most WF vitamins i come across have all you need.

Talked to a pharmacist about this once and he told me that the cheap multi vitamin is just as good as the expensive one a days and centrums. Read the back and pick out which vitamins you think are the most important to you . Most are the same except for a minor unnecessary vitamin/mineral.
