Hulk Hogan
Ultimate Warrior
Goldberg
Hart is one of my all time favorites, but I agree with most everyone that his mic skills were below average for a top guy. However, some of his mic work as a heel was on point.

Warrior and Goldberg are very similar. 2 guys that were so physically freakish, they stood out in a sport filled with physical specimens. Neither were technical wrestlers, but they didn't try to be. They played to their personas perfectly by using brute strength and power moves. Not everyone needed to be a Brett Hart in the ring.
The one guy I will agree with is hulk hogan, at least for his in the ring skills. He didn't have the technical skills, nor did he display total power and strength like Goldberg or warrior. Every hulk match was the same, the finger pointing, head shaking, hulking up, and the weak arse leg drop.
