It doesn't matter one iota, my bag is a jumbled mess. I don't own a headcover.

Sometimes if I make a putt, I'll let my putter in with the big dogs, otherwise it stays with the wedges.

I like AlxTiger's bag. My setup is close to 3Putt's:
Top - putter, driver, 3w, 3h
Left - 4,5,6
Right- 7,8,9
Bottom, PW, GW, SW, LW
The 3h can come out and be replaced by 5 wood if needed -
Top - putter, driver, 3w, 3h
Left - 4,5,6
Right- 7,8,9
Bottom, PW, GW, SW, LW

Mines like AlexTgr but it's a cart bag instead of stand. Woods are on the right driver, three, rescue. Two, three, four, five iron back row. Six, seven, eight middle row. Nine, all wedges front row. Putter n front separate slot.
