Yeah its funny what happens when they get away from the SEC officials.
How many holding calls were called in the Clemson game?? Probably the amount that should have been called in the LSU game.

Focus on their holding all you want, but our biggest issue was their D line manhandleing our O line. It was a blood bath

Really a blood bath? What was the score going into the 4th quarter? You sound just like a gump.

How close were we to scoring the entire game?

Offense will not open up with success until we find an above average QB. I love how everyone keeps saying O and Canada are gonna open it up but fail to realize that you have to have a good QB in order to have a decent passing game. Think people

Now this is what I call a hot take

The Bama obsession continues ...

Ok, Slappy, get your crayons and Big Chief pad out and I try and explain that which most folks already know.
First, when you're discussing a team that refused to play anything other than smash mouth, up the middle football in all instances, the use of the TE as well as 10 yard out patterns IS OPENING UP THE OFFENSE! None of those changes requires an "above average" amount of physical talent at QB.
Second, throwing enough passes to keep the defense honest and burning teams with 8 in the box doesn't require great physical talent at QB and is clearly a more open offensive approach than we had under CLM!
Third, a number of successful teams with "wide open" offenses had smart QB's that lacked arm strength: STEVE WALSH (Miami), Shane Matthews (Florida), Major Applewhite (Texas), etc.
The truth is this, an intelligent qb can be very successful without having a canon for an arm if he knows the offense, can read defenses and know how to audible.
Ettling has had part of a season and a whole spring to prepare and has the makings of a good field general.
If you'd ever worn a jock and actually played the game, you'd know that.....

Yeah. Getting your arse kicked does suck. Get used to it.

Like he did VS Bama?
He isn't Canada will.

Meh, I think we are close. With a good offensive game plan and decent QB play we can beat them. Move the ball some and score a little and give our defense some rest and it will happen

Meh, I think we are close.

It was a blood bath in football terms... both teams went at it for 60 mins.... in a sense it was a bloodbath... Bama was just a better team that night.....

Not so, we we less is 2004 with Marcus Randall, in 2008 with the Harvard boy and in 2011 when JJ was being held out and we had know idea what JL could do other than thru a shitload of picks against BAMA his freshman year.
And only a complete pu$$y would say that we have no plates and n offense that would start for BAMA. Not only is it inaccurate, but you just sound that you're cramping and bloated!
GEAUX TIGERS!!!!
