Cellarmaker is a must as is Toronado. City Beer has great draft as well as take away options for the hotel. Magnolia offers good brisitsh style lagers and ales. If you have a car then Russian River is advisable. Depending on the day they have Beatification currently available.
Other spots would be Mikkeller for draft or any whole foods for bottles/cans.
