Is a "treasoness" something like a bombshell double agent or something? It sounds hot.

Wouldn't they need over 60 House Republicans and at least 19 Senate Republicans to go along with it?

Not only that but the GOP knows if they did that, they would be committing political suicide, guaranteeing Democrats wins for the next generation.

and who was it that led that whole charge, does anyone remember?
Time to pull out my favorite tweets when these types of threads pop up.

So advocating for a revolution, alleging fraud (and implication that he's not legally allowed to be president), advocating for impeachment and resignation, etc.

I would think the OP would accruals support the 25th amendment in this case, since clearly those tweets are treasonous. Right?

i have no idea why you're crying about it being partisan.

From the article...

quote:

A Democratic congressman has proposed convening a special committee of psychiatrists and other doctors...

failed to attract any Republicans...

So far two dozen members of the House, all Democrats, have signed on to cosponsor the bill...

It's partisan and shrinks get to usurp the President. It specifically states Democrats and Republican get to choose this "shrink" committee, pretty presumptuous that only Dem & Pubs will be the only parties in power in the future. Hmmmmm

The 25th Amendment in it's current form is just fine.

a 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution would allow Congress to set up a medical commission that could determine if a president is fit for office

this is only a bad idea for the right if you think trump wouldn't pass that test.

is that a concern to you?

Since you are in favor of setting up a medical commission that could determine if a president is fit for office then I assume you are also in favor of the voter fraud commission President Trump set up that can determine whether there was massive voter fraud in the 2016 presidential election.

Am I correct?
