The Mi-17 deal was stopped at least a year ago. We already started delivering 53 of the Black Hawks by the end of May. Another 100 or so on the way.
You really need to stop reading crap like the Washington Times.
ETA: delivery started on the 53, not delivered. Apparently refurbishment is needed first.

I hope we have witnessed out last PC-worship POTUS. We dodged the 'glass ceiling' bullet in '16 and I hope the "AA" itch has been sufficiently scratched that the next time we concentrate on merit.
