You totally just misread and twisted the ruling. Also, that article contradicted itself. It was a 2-1 ruling, the State can appeal or retry and Dassey cannot be released until the State makes it's choice. This was the same reaction after that other judge made his decision almost a year ago. But Dassey is still where he belongs, in jail and he will stay there. It doesn't matter how much money his defenders keep sending to his legal team, it's not going to change the facts. The guy is a murderer..

The cops 100% did fishy shite to ensure there was a conviction. Doesn't mean they're innocent of killing the chick. It is now leading to criminal(s) getting out. New trials should be done for both.

I mean he described the murder in such great detail....and when they went there they couldn't find a single drop of blood. A damn near mentally challenged kid and his dumbass uncle cleaned up every single drop of blood?
