What exactly are the activities and tourism opportunities that would bring enough people to Central to necessitate a hotel?

Yeah I am trying to figure that out myself. Central has good schools and some nice places to live but besides that, there isn't shite to do or look at but trees and grass. I mean if you're into traveling to a city to look at those then

There's a decent chance that a hotel in Central could support itself with 7 or 8 fall Saturdays alone.
