True...perhaps he just hates helicopter pilots and kinda suddenly "snapped"....while strolling along near an FBO that he happened to photograph recently...and he happened to have a firearm...and he happened to ask "are those REAL pilots or fixed wing pukes?"....etc.

he hung out at the YMCA across the street from the black helo pilot landing strip airport. he took pics of the landing strip daily. he had a list of his major targets. he stopped and asked two people leaving the landing strip if it was afro black people or non afro black people. he was told the Afro people were practicing in the black helo, and he walked to his car and willy nilly shot.

Why does this matter?
It seems as his plan was to murder as many as he could before he was killed.
