quote:When you look at the turnout, it is more like LSU beating USM by 6, but LSU did not play their entire first string and only about half of their second string, with the rest being scout team walk-on types. At the same time, USM played their normal starting lineup.
what the GOP did in Georgia is essentially like LSU beating USM in football by 6. LSU is suppose to beat USM. to only beat them by one score is not a good sign.
It wasn't that Ossoff swung a number of voters, just a large number of R voters stayed home. If they had turned out and voted, it would have been a repeat of November.

I find it very hilarious that the MSM has fallen on deaf ears after the outcome of that election... ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

You're better than this. At least I hope you are.
Price has basically dominated that district and run virtually unopposed. No real fundraising, no outside money, etc.
These seats were open because Trump picked them to be in his cabinet. That means they were veteran legislatures with powerful names and reputations.
To expect newcomers to carry the same weight is silly.
Plus Trump barely won that district.

The margin of victory was just fine considering she wasn't an incumbent.
she was someone the voting block knew extremely well. she was Georgia secretary of state until 2013.
the democrats ran someone their voters had essentially never heard of, a 30 year old who had never held office.
big difference there.

"Extremely well" my arse. How well do you know your Secretary of state? I couldn't tell you the name of the Tennessee secretary of state if you held a gun to my head. Does the secretary of state get to send out regular mass mailings...at your expense...to every voter highlighting what they're accomplishing in office?

Next they will be claiming Ossoff was the 2003 west co-champion.
