They're very patient at that plate. I think they are near the tops in the nation in walks drawn.

Yeah, but they also strike out a ton. As a team, LSU has 380 strike outs, while FSU has 503.

They have somewhat strange offensive numbers: batting average and slugging percentage are on the low side, but they score and drive in a lot of runs. High on base percentage and walk numbers, but they swing away and miss.
