We need a lot more of this to happen. It takes aware from women who were rape raped and ruins the lives of the associated men. Just because you were drunk when you had sex or regretted it the next morning does not automatically mean you were raped.

I only worry that women who actually get assaulted will hesitate to go to the police as a result of this stuff.
Women who attempt to ruin someone's life should absolutely go to prison, though. No P-Pass sentencing, either.
