28 U.S. Code § 528 - Disqualification of officers and employees of the Department of Justice

The Attorney General shall promulgate rules and regulations which require the disqualification of any officer or employee of the Department of Justice, including a United States attorney or a member of such attorney’s staff, from participation in a particular investigation or prosecution if such participation may result in a personal, financial, or political conflict of interest, or the appearance thereof. Such rules and regulations may provide that a willful violation of any provision thereof shall result in removal from office.

Based on his personal friendship w/Comey, his disqualification is REQUIRED. I know you libs love anything that's mandatory, so what is your difficulty with following the written law? No smear here because none is needed.

Wait, Comey is Russian?

That would change things.

Comey may be a witness. But he is not a part of the investigation.

Nor does he need to be. All you need to know about that
part of the investigation is the part where Trump admitted he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation on national television.

Mueller aint gonna follow that rule, baw. Not at all. He's got a mission and that mission is to issue a finding that there is probable cause to conclude that Trump committed Obstruction of Justice against Flakey Comey.

Sometime next year, the findings will be issued. John McCain will endorse the findings and publicly call of the Resignation of POTUS Trump for the "good of the Republican Party, the Office of the Presidency and for the good of the USA."
