People will say "Bullsh**, he's had a great career!" But I think he had been more active, he would've gone from strength to strength.

He had a great run from 2009-2011 and then he became delusional about his career and spent more time filing lawsuits than boxing. Instead of taking Dan Goossen to court, he should have appreciated what he had done for him. I thought Goossen did a great job promoting Ward....which isn't an easy job considering his terrible personality and fighting style.

Most other promoters would have never gotten Ward to that Super Six tournament because no one cared about him despite winning a gold medal. He calls himself "SOG - Son of God" but the dude acts nothing like a real Christian. Andre Ward is fake but he does have talent, even though he'd rather hug, wrestle and use illegal tactics than actually throw punches.

I hope Kovalev sends him flying toward press row but I see Ward winning on points.

Yeah I agree on the robbery aspect, close fights don't fall in that category for me.

I agree with this most of the time, but when it's a 7-5 fight plus a knockdown and I feel that each round is CLEAR, then to me it's a robbery.

I would LOVE to watch that fight with someone who thinks that fight could've gone either way. I'd want to see them try and find 7 rounds that Andre Ward actually won.

I guess it is just me and you man.... Being a boxing fan can be lonely. Anyway, I don't think he got robbed it was a close fight IMO

And me. Kovalev definitely got robbed, but I think Ward was starting to figure him out during the second half of the fight and will continue that in the second fight. Barring him getting knocked out that is.

My only issue is when people seem to be counting the knockdown twice. He was already appropriately rewarded for the knockdown by winning the round 10-8. Once that round is over it's over. You can't count it again by factoring it into the overall picture just because the rest of the fight was close.

Unfortunately I think KKKovalev will win by KO tonight. He let Ward off the hook last time. I don't think it'll happen again.

Ward is the clinch king. That's all he does.

Kovalev was done, got rocked by a head shot and almost took a knee due to body shots. Ref stopped it.

ward was losing and landed 3 low blows in the last two rounds with the last one causing Kovalev to bend over and the ref to stop it early. bs ending

LOL, those weren't low blows. Belt shots aren't low blows.

Kovalev was gassed.

TKO for Ward. Hurt him with a straight right and body shots on the belt.

Kovalev was doing his fair share of clinching and rabit punching. His punch output for this fight was way too high, looked like he hit a brick wall in the 7th and 8th.
