I just got a 4K TV recently and kind of want to replace my PS4 with the Pro to take advantage of it. Do you think there will be a price drop on the Pro soon with the announcement of the Xbox One X?

Do you know if any place has a deal where you get bonus credit for trading in a PS4 for the Pro? I doubt they still would but never know

I have not heard of any.
Gamestop will give you 100 for a slim and 90 for an OG ps4.
It is a rip but most convenient. They gave me around 200 when I did it.

I just got 160+ from amazon for mu 32gb wii u. Plus games and controllers, I got 215 in amazon credit which they give you immediately. I then used it for my purchase of the PS4 slim.COD bundle. I would check Amazon before doing game stop.

The regular PS4 still has a HDR setting for 4K tvs.

The Pro does more than just make the picture look better.
Frame rates are more stable and increased (only on certain games, multiplayer games are mostly capped), cuts down on load times, has more memory, has a way better wifi (if you are one of the few who actually uses that), has a boost mode that works on all games.
It is worth it without a 4k TV. I bought mine before I had a 4k TV and loved it. Now, it is even better with a 4k TV.

Does the PS4 Pro support external hard drives? Just got one and with the E3 sale I loaded up on games. Want the Pro but it's a deal breaker if there's no hard drive support. Thanks!

All ps4s support external hard drives now. It just took 2 years. I think it has to be usb3.

Either will work fine, I guess it comes down to speed preference
