I didn't get to watch any of their games. I know they have that really good pederast pitcher along with another fella. Are they our best competition in Omaha?

If you're good enough to get to Omaha you're pretty damn good. There aren't any flukes in the CWS.

Cal State Fullerton always makes me nervous.
They're built for that new ballpark in Omaha.

Competition was weak, but only 4 losses is pretty damn impressive against anyone.

Watched part of the SR against Vandy and looked really good. Wish they were in the other bracket.

I'd say you're pretty damn good when you only have 4 losses...

All teams in Omaha are good so not one team should ever be taken lightly or for granted.

Oregon St. along with LSU are without a doubt the most complete teams on this side of the bracket although losing Heimlich will be huge if LSU faces the Beavers in game 2.

Florida St reminds me of a couple of past LSU teams that went to Omaha, a few big bats but they don't have much speed on the base paths and the ability to play station to station on a consistent basis.

The Baby-Beaver-Diddling Beaver has left the team.

I watched the Vandy series. They're really good. All of their hitters are scrappers. They fould pitches off, dont swing at junk, and just make you work every at bat.

They run a lot and take extra bases. Typical West Coast type team just with more talent than your usual small ball team.

They're the best team I saw this weekend outside of LSU.

Exactly. LSU-FSU winner against West Coast baseball.

I'm glad Fla St is our first game.
Fla St is hot but they were really scuffling awhile back, in danger of not making the tourney.

I think it's the best first round matchup we could get in Omaha.

Fullerton is always tough and they are a pesky matchup plus they have enough pitching if they fall into losers bracket.

Oregon St got snubbed last year and they took it out on everyone this season. It will likely be the marble game against OSU. I think LSU has played a much tougher schedule than OSU and are battled tested but it will be a dogfight.

If we make title series, I like our chances against A&M and Fla, I think our staff is deeper.
Would not mind some revenge on TCU, without Luken Baker. LVille is good too and that might be the best team on that side of the bracket.

They are pretty good. Also impressed with CSF. That catcher has an absolute cannon.

50 games over .500 isn't too shabby

I agree, the right side of the bracket with A&M, Louisville, TCU, and Florida/Wake Forest is going to have some major major front line pitching.

Way to early prediction but I like Louisville advancing through that side of the bracket.

They're really good. Play all phases of the game well, favorite to win it all.

A&M is the only team in my opinion that isn't in the same class as the others that made it to the CWS.
