The zuke 175 will push it just as fast as my yam 200. It's the gears/torque that let it swing a bigger prop.

A 150 yam will max out at roughly 45mph on the 2104 hull

My 200 i4 maxes out at 53 mph with 3 people loaded down. To do 45mph I turn 5000rpms. 40 mph I do 4500 rpms. All my trips I average 4mpg according to my trip gauge and when I fill up on the way home.

Whodats sho 200 will run at least 5mph faster than me

To answer you on th 175 it will be fine. THose hulls perform well with a 150 but having a max hp of 200 is helpful.

My sho with 3 people, full tank, two ice chest and fishing gear with run 58 mph and cruise at 40 at 4K Rpms and sip gas.

I would buy one with a 175 zuke in a heartbeat. There is a red one equipped well for 30k with low hours dude was trying to move it on sportsman

Not trying to highjack but can someone explain this? I always thought go fast boats used little props for top end. Wouldn't it just plane at a lower rpm with the larger prop?
