It appears as though there is a small parking area by 190. Do you know if that is public parking?

Where would you put in to access Big Branch? And thanks for starting the thread BTW, was looking to do the same this weekend.

I'll most likely drop in Bayou Cane since I'm coming from the west. If I'm not mistaken, I believe Bayou Cane has a sandbar at the mouth.

Could also throw one in by T rivers in Madisonville couple nice canals that take you back towards the rice fields.

Cane Bayou or lake road lacombe will both give you access.

Madisonville, T-rivers
Mandeville, Cane bayou near 190 and pretty much anywhere down lake road in Lacombe for Big Branch

Enjoy the Monster alligators via Cane Bayou. My neighbor just launched his kayak there and headed to the lake. Dozens of gators, some rather large.

This - multiple launch sites - almost like this place was "designed" for paddling.

Is it possible to put in on bedico creek at the hwy 22 bridge? I've seen people parked there a few times.
