They are experts at securing borders.
They do well in desert conditions.

Not all of it. Just the Baja. It's a big desert, it's got world class sports fishing, and beautiful beaches. Let's just scrape off the top 6 inches of soil in Israel, spread it over the Baja, and start fresh. The Jews will love it there.
