Pirates was a cash grab sequel nobody wanted

Baywatch was a Movie reboot of a moderately successful show about boobs and slow motion running on the beach. Nobody cares that much about the property, and I doubt there was much fervor about this at all. Strange that it was greenlit.

Rising ticket prices have made families and general moviegoers think twice before going to see a movie. No one wants to pay $12.50 a pop - plus concessions - to watch a two-hour-long movie that sucks.
