We all knew what the swamp was though, we recognized it when we saw it. We shouldn't put up with his politician-like wiggle room fluid bull shite, that is the swamp. Instead every time he fails to deliver his supporters make up excuses to everyone and sadly to themselves about it.
Hillary was full of excuses and was the reason we hated her. Is everyone ok with Trump being full of them too?

Well, that's what I'm talking about when I said it's become fluid. Did he mean lobbyist influence? Did he mean the so-called uni-party? Did he mean the overall bureaucracy? HE never defined it, so it has given him and his supporters the wiggle room to say he meant X when he doesn't deliver on Y.
And this isn't the only issue where this is happening. He never really fully articulated any of his positions.
