That is a totally different situation.
If your co-worker is drinking on the job, you should take action. Use common sense to decide whether you report him or have a private conversation. Are people's livelihoods or personal safety in his hands?
If you are medical professionals, you are legally required report it.
Either confront him ASAP, or live with the guilt that you didn't.

It is common in Europe for people to drink a few pints or a glass or two of wine.
Unlikely that the guy is getting hammered at lunch off of two beers.
If the company has a policy against drinking then he shouldn't be doing it. If his job doesn't involve endangering anyone then just leave it alone.

How is what he does on his lunch break your business? Unless it is affecting his job performance, keep it to yourself. Why are you so worried about other people, anyway?
