wait are you denying that conservative groups were unfairly targeted by the IRS (when filing for PACs)?

i said the "IRS of Obama", not the actions of Obama personally
the IRS 100% got busted doing illegal targeting based on ideological differences. do you think it was conservative employees of the IRS who were targeting/denying conservative groups? or is it more likely these employees were liberals within the IRS?
