I use Superior. I don't love them, but they are the only Shimano authorized shop in the area.

I gave them a reel, they told me 10 days. I went in 21 days later, they hadn't gotten to it. But they had it ready that day after I went in. It's like brand new.

They do good work, probably just overwhelmed.

If you're in New Orleans any time soon, take them to Professional Sport Shop. It is downtown on Julia. They're Shimano guys and do a great job.
