I use Superior. I don't love them, but they are the only Shimano authorized shop in the area.
I gave them a reel, they told me 10 days. I went in 21 days later, they hadn't gotten to it. But they had it ready that day after I went in. It's like brand new.
They do good work, probably just overwhelmed.
