Yesterday (making up for monday):

Squat: 205 (down from the failed 230 of friday) 5, 5, 9 (6 was my previous amrap at that weight)

Bench: playing around with a new machine in the gym. It's a lever? machine, that starts at the bottom of the press, loads individual sides, and has adjustable bars to raise/lower the starting spot. It's much safer to solo on than an actual bench press. had 180 (90 per side) on it and did 5, 5, 13. It's clearly much easier than a real bench but I feel like I can feel it better in my chest.

rows: 145 x 5, 5, 10

Deadlifting with a friend today to have someone check out my form and give me help/coaching. looking forward to it, but I feel like shite today.
