Red tint from video card

i'm getting a red tint, and week ago it would only do it for a minute then stop. now it's staying with red tint.
i had problems getting the video card in the case, possible damage?
If so, why didnt it do this earlier? been year+ since build.

Swapped cable and monitor independently to rule those out? No clue on how to diagnose the card other than to pinpoint that it's the problem and not the other parts.

Do you have onboard graphics available to test your other equipment independently?
I know a long time ago like GeForce 2 or 4 days the pink screen of death was a thing. Bad memory chips would cause pink colors.
