Not in BR imo. Drop this hypothetical place in the 70808 where they're building Superior Grill(next to Roberts who doesn't accept LA Purchase cards) on Highland road and you would be just fine. That zip code and the neighboring 70810 has plenty enough money to keep the place open.

Mixed feelings about La purchase cards, but have been told it would be stupid not to accept it.
Would def be focused on salt water species as well as live/boiled shellfish during the seasons.
