They do. Security personnel are accredited with the US State Department, travel on diplomatic passports and receive full immunity. That is why they are allowed to carry a concealed firearm when even US police officers from outside jurisdictions can't carry a firearm in DC.

Must be nice to be able to kick the shite out of people and the only thing that can happen to them is being expelled form the country
