Reports of the memo exist as reported by those who report to have seen the memo.

All of his notes and memos on Trump (apparently most of the MFRs he wrote pertain to Trump in some way) will be turned over or subpoenaed in pretty short order.

The acting director McCabe apparently doesn't know about it.

If he doesn't know about it, did Comey turn over all federal government property after he was fired? Does he still possess federal government property? Maybe the justice department should investigate.

It seems like the narrative of a "memo" has already devolved into "personal notes".

The former indicated that he shared the information at the time with people who needed to know the information. This would have been easily verifiable. The latter is much different. The "notes" probably have no official reference, can not be verified to have been shared, nor verified to have actually been documented at the time of the event.

I'm interested in seeing how this plays out. If it really turns into unverifiable notes, this will be a huge opportunity for a reversal of the narrative by Trump.
