Saw that Deichman took a fall going to first on a tag. I have not heard anything on how he is doing. I know he was slow to get up. Anyone hear anything from the radio broadcast. Watching on espn app

Didn't look too good. Seems like it was his knee that took some force from the side.

frick northwestern and their pitcher for that. Absolutely no need for a play like that right now

It looked like the pitcher just clipped his heel and tripped him. Didn't look like there was contact to his knee.

man, he made an instinctive play at first base. you can't blame him for playing the game as it should be played. hopefully, Deichman is OK but it was a fluke injury.

any news? just worried because how many times something happens and that nite they say everything is ok, no limping, he says it's ok, etc., then the next day it's announced that it's worse or surgery required, something that says all is wrong, not right. just concerned. that's all.
