There are too many variable to give solid advice, but I'm sure you love all those immature responses you got. If it was a fairly short relationship, anything is possible. If it was a long relationship, a female will almost always take the guy back 2 or 3 times. Odds are, you were a jerk to her like many of us have been. Just man up and admit you were a jerk whether you mean it or not. Lay it on thick if you want to. Women always go for that whether they act like it or not.

I mean a lot of it depends on the circumstances surrounding the aforementioned dumping. If she dumped you because you fricked her sister, then you may be SOL.
That being said, ain't nothing in the world makes a girl second-guess herself more than seeing the guy she just dumped with another (hopefully attractive) woman who looks thrilled to have her discarded boyfriend. Change her contact info in your cellphone to "ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ANSWER", download some dating apps, and get back on the horse.
It doesn't always work, but I think it's the best shot you've got. PLUS, you'll have a damned good time off the leash.

Absolutely, don't allow her anything though either.
If she can check your facebook and you're posting mopey shite about dogs jumping in pools and it will get better smiley faces she knows you're still lame as shite.
If you don't give her anything though, and don't reach out like a sap she'll definitely feel it.
The thing is though this is simply to piss her off and make her insecure, there's not a whole lot of situations where you guys break up and end up back together magically to live our your days.

Write her a song. Be sure to include lines like you'll always be mine, I can't be without you, don't make me mad, etc. Then go to her workplace and sing it to her. If that doesn't win her back, then she wasn't right for you.

The question is the reason she dumped you
If she dumped you because you went beta and became too soft, clingy, needy, etc. there is nothing you can do. Once a beta, always a beta in the eyes of a woman. Once you poison the well with beta behavior you can't undo it. It's like shitting into a glass of clean water. Yeah you can run the water through all kinds of filters to make it drinkable again but it won't taste as good and won't be worth the time and effort, might as well just get a fresh glass of water.
